Job Summary

Transforming structured legal content into engaging training experiences, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will design and produce visually compelling training modules, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure brand consistency across all materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce training modules, slide decks, and job aids while adhering to established brand standards
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and subject matter experts to translate content goals into effective design choices
• Manage multiple design projects concurrently, ensuring quality and meeting production timelines

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design or training production with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools and graphic design software
• Experience applying brand standards across various learning deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to manage content within a Learning Management System
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
