Job Summary
Transforming structured legal content into engaging training experiences, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will design and produce visually compelling training modules, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure brand consistency across various learning formats.
Key responsibilities
- Design and produce training materials, including eLearning modules and participant workbooks, adhering to established brand standards
- Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and subject matter experts to translate content goals into effective design choices
- Review and iterate on training materials based on stakeholder feedback to ensure quality and alignment with instructional intent
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design with a strong portfolio
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
- Experience with graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva for Enterprise
- Demonstrated ability to apply brand standards consistently across various learning deliverables
- Experience managing content within a Learning Management System
