Job Summary

Transforming legal and professional development content into polished training experiences, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will design and produce engaging training modules, collaborate with subject matter experts, and ensure adherence to brand standards across multiple delivery formats.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and produce visually compelling training materials, including eLearning modules and participant workbooks, while maintaining brand consistency
  • Collaborate with Curriculum Developers and subject matter experts to translate content goals into effective design choices
  • Review and iterate on training materials based on stakeholder feedback and ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design with a strong portfolio
  • Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience publishing and managing content within a Learning Management System
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to make complex material visually engaging and learner-friendly
  • Demonstrated ability to apply brand standards consistently across various learning deliverables
