Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic learning environment, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will manage course development projects, collaborating with faculty and Subject Matter Experts to create inclusive and effective online learning experiences while ensuring alignment with institutional standards and accessibility requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and evaluate online courses in collaboration with faculty and SMEs, applying instructional design principles
• Independently manage multiple course development projects, maintaining timelines and ensuring quality standards are met
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of course materials, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and institutional expectations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of two years of experience in designing and developing online learning experiences
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard)
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE or Backward Design
• Strong project management and organizational skills
