Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

To support a growing Talent Development team, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will create engaging digital learning solutions, manage the design process from needs analysis to evaluation, and develop multimedia assets that enhance learner engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop various learning solutions, including eLearning and instructor-led training, using appropriate instructional strategies
• Define measurable learning objectives aligned with organizational goals and apply visual design principles across learning products
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to translate content into effective learning experiences and communicate design progress clearly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
• Experience in designing and developing learning solutions with a strong understanding of instructional design principles
• Proficiency with graphic design technologies and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar applications
• Basic skills in Microsoft 365
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
