Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

Independently managing detailed learning design and production, the full-time Learning Experience Designer will collaborate with consultants and stakeholders to create high-quality e-learning and blended learning experiences in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Learning Solutions Consultants and stakeholders to translate needs into detailed learning designs and production-ready materials
• Design, develop, and maintain various instructional materials, including facilitator guides, e-learning modules, and assessments
• Utilize AI-enabled workflows to enhance content development and ensure quality before final delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in adult education, instructional design, or a related field, with four or more years of relevant experience
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design practices
• Proficiency in creating learning assets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and at least one e-learning authoring platform
• Demonstrated capability in using generative AI for developing and verifying learning materials
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with subject matter experts
