Learning Experience Designer

Job Summary

Partnering with cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Learning Experience Designer will develop and maintain on-demand training materials for Legal products, focusing on creating engaging eLearning experiences and leveraging AI tools to enhance content development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the creation and maintenance of eLearning experiences for Legal AI SaaS software products to enhance customer usage and adoption
• Manage projects collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and effective content delivery
• Design and develop instructional content, including video scripts and user guides, while applying graphic design principles for polished learning materials

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in relevant fields or 5 years of experience in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design
• Solid grounding in adult learning theory and instructional design best practices
• Expertise in learning technologies such as Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and content management systems
• Strong foundation in graphic design principles and ability to create visually engaging content
