Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Learning Experience Designer to design and develop engaging learning solutions for commercial sales professionals, collaborating with global business leaders and subject matter experts to enhance sales performance and drive business results.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in designing and developing learning solutions
• Knowledge of instructional design methodologies, including ADDIE and adult learning principles
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
