Learning Experience Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Specialist to facilitate virtual learning experiences and support onboarding programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate monthly virtual instructor-led training sessions and complete an 8-week certification process
• Audit and update learning sessions in the Learning Management System (LMS) and summarize survey responses for improvement
• Draft and manage program-related email communications and respond to inquiries related to onboarding programs

Required Qualifications

• Experience facilitating virtual learning programs
• Background in learning, onboarding, leadership development, or training delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams, and Forms
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
