Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Experience Manager to create and deliver engaging learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analysis and design scalable learning solutions using instructional frameworks
- Create diverse learning content, including eLearning modules and facilitator guides
- Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend refinements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of ten years of instructional design or learning experience development
- Mastery of instructional design methods such as ADDIE and SAM
- Strong proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline
- Experience in leadership or professional-skills content design preferred
