Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Manager to create and deliver engaging learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct needs analysis and design scalable learning solutions using instructional frameworks
  • Create diverse learning content, including eLearning modules and facilitator guides
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions and recommend refinements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of ten years of instructional design or learning experience development
  • Mastery of instructional design methods such as ADDIE and SAM
  • Strong proficiency in eLearning tools like Articulate Rise/Storyline
  • Experience in leadership or professional-skills content design preferred
