Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Partner to design and deliver scalable learning experiences that support employee development and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop engaging learning content and programs for employee development
  • Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide end-user support
  • Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions and manage new hire onboarding programming
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a virtual or hybrid environment
  • Proficiency in instructional design and digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva)
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies
  • Experience administering an LMS and supporting digital learning platforms
  • Strong skills in content curation for diverse audiences
