Job Summary

To enhance student engagement and success, the full-time Learning Experience Product Manager will design and test innovative learning formats, improve student retention, and strengthen project outcomes, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and test strategies to capture student attention and reduce early drop-off rates
• Improve engagement metrics and ensure higher completion rates for programs
• Conduct experiments to identify effective learning formats and implement successful initiatives

Required qualifications

• Product management experience in online education
• Proven ability to implement changes and measure their impact with data
• Experience with student retention and program completion strategies
• Self-driven with a proactive approach to leadership and direction
