Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Experience Specialist to transform product onboarding and training for their teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance product onboarding and training for new hires, collaborating with HR
• Design and deliver structured internal product training programs, with potential expansion into customer-facing enablement
• Create and maintain clear, scalable product training materials aligned with operational changes

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Learning Experience, Enablement, or Product Training, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech environment
• Proven ability to design and deliver product-focused training for internal teams
• Strong learning design skills with experience in creating practical training materials
• Ability to work independently and proactively identify enablement gaps
• Experience measuring and improving training effectiveness using practical metrics
