Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the onboarding experience across departments, ensuring a structured and personalized approach
• Design and implement training programs, utilizing interactive workshops and gamified learning methods
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of onboarding and training initiatives to continuously improve programs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Operations, HR, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in developing onboarding and training programs in a scaling organization
• Practical understanding of adult learning principles and employee experience best practices
• Experience with learning tools or LMS platforms
• Creative mindset with strong project execution skills
