Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, People Operations, HR, or a related field
- Hands-on experience in developing onboarding and training programs in a scaling organization
- Practical understanding of adult learning principles and employee experience best practices
- Experience with learning tools or LMS platforms
- Creative mindset with strong project execution skills
