Job Summary
To support the development of financial professionals, the full-time remote Learning Experience Specialist will manage scheduling, attendance, and reporting for certification cohorts, while fostering an inclusive environment for effective peer engagement and skill development.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end scheduling, attendance tracking, and reporting for assigned cohorts
- Design and monitor targeted development plans for advisors not meeting competency metrics
- Facilitate monthly cohort meetings to cultivate psychological safety and peer connection
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience managing groups, cohorts, or teams in training or professional development
- Strong organizational, data-tracking, and reporting skills
