Key Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and implements training programs for participants, including instructor-led and virtual training
• Creates a conducive learning environment and engages learners to achieve desired outcomes
• Monitors training records to ensure compliance with company training requirements and evaluates training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 or more years of training or learning development experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
