Learning Facilitation Specialist

Job Summary

To support training initiatives, the remote contract Learning Facilitation Professional will plan, coordinate, and implement training programs for employees and external audiences while creating engaging learning environments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement all aspects of training programs, including instructor-led and virtual training
• Create an engaging learning environment that fosters information exchange and achieves desired outcomes
• Monitor training records to ensure compliance with company and regulatory training requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 or more years of training or learning development experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Passion for contributing to continuous improvement in consumer experiences
