Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Facilitator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitates learning through classroom instruction, virtual training, and coaching
• Monitors learner engagement and provides feedback to leadership on training sessions
• Collaborates with peers and leadership to support the execution of training plans and schedules

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in training, education, or a related field
• Experience facilitating training in a professional setting
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and learner-centered facilitation
• Experience using virtual delivery tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
