Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

To enhance employee skills and meet organizational requirements, the part-time contract Learning Facilitator will plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs both in-person and virtually, ensuring a positive learning experience for participants.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees and other audiences as needed
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs from start to finish
• Create an interactive and engaging learning environment that encourages participation and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, learning and development, or a related field
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project
• Passion for helping others learn and improving the customer experience
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
