Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

To support the launch of new online MS programs, the full-time remote Learning Facilitator will manage course delivery, provide timely feedback to students, and collaborate with faculty to enhance the online learning experience for mid-level and senior-level professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage course delivery by providing recommendations on content and responding to student inquiries
• Grade assignments and provide detailed feedback to enhance student performance and learning outcomes
• Identify opportunities for course improvement and report issues related to course design or technology

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in a relevant STEM field preferred
• 2-4 years of relevant professional or instructional support experience
• Expertise in at least one academic area: Data Science, Computer Science, or Software Engineering
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C, or Java, and familiarity with databases and SQL
• Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and manage competing priorities
