Learning Facilitator

Job Summary

Seeking a passionate Learning Facilitator, the full-time remote Associate will deliver engaging learning experiences through various methods, manage training logistics, and support Associates' development in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality learning experiences across various lines of business to enhance Associate performance
• Facilitate training sessions by applying adult learning principles and assessing Associates' readiness and understanding
• Manage training logistics, including rosters, class timings, and participant communications, while evaluating the effectiveness of training programs

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 1 year of experience in retail banking or a corporate training role
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Experience in facilitating training sessions
• Knowledge of adult learning theory and its application in training environments
