Job Summary
Supporting the development and delivery of learning programs for the Customer Service Contact Center, the full-time Learning Facilitator II will evaluate and enhance training initiatives while fostering a passion for continuous learning in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to design and develop training materials
- Assess the effectiveness of training through evaluations, surveys, and participant feedback
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of training and facilitation experience in a related industry
- Demonstrated experience facilitating engaging training sessions in various modalities
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
