Learning Governance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting governance and operational oversight for enterprise required learning programs, the full-time salaried Learning Governance Manager will manage compliance, reporting, and process improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support governance and project management activities for Global Required Learning programs to ensure compliance with enterprise standards
• Lead consultation sessions with enterprise partners to define governance requirements for specific learning programs
• Contribute to governance reporting and risk assessment activities, including audit readiness and process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program governance, reporting, analytics, or risk management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and reporting tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data effectively
• Experience in a regulated environment or with compliance-related programs is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Learning & Development, Risk Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
