Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of a modern training ecosystem, the full-time remote Learning Innovation Manager will drive product adoption and customer success by creating innovative learning experiences that leverage technology and AI.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute a forward-looking training strategy aligned with product adoption and customer success
- Design and evolve a scalable learning ecosystem utilizing AI-enabled personalization and digital-first learning

Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in training, learning and development, or customer education programs
- Experience designing and scaling training initiatives in technology-driven organizations
- Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving cross-functional programs from strategy to execution
- Strong analytical skills to measure program effectiveness using data and KPIs
- Understanding of adult learning principles and experience in developing digital and blended learning solutions
