Learning Innovation Manager
Job Summary
Leading the design, evaluation, and continuous improvement of learning experiences, the fully remote Learning Innovation Manager will manage curriculum design, instructional technology, and data analytics to enhance program impact and learner outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with the Education and Product Development Manager to design and evaluate curriculum and instructional materials aligned with program goals
- Administer and optimize Canvas LMS and manage the organization's web-based conferencing platform for effective learning delivery
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for program improvement, building dashboards that translate insights for leadership
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in program development, instructional design, or learning innovation
- Hands-on experience with Canvas LMS and web-based conferencing platforms
- Strong data analytics skills, including experience with reporting tools and translating data into actionable recommendations
- Familiarity with AI-enabled learning tools and emerging edtech trends
