Learning Insights Consultant

Job Summary

Supporting data-informed decision-making, the full-time Learning Insights Consultant will collect, evaluate, and visualize learning and organizational data to improve effectiveness and drive continuous improvement while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the implementation and improvement of learning insights, evaluation, and reporting practices across Talent Capability and Learning
• Partner with teams to conduct needs assessments and learning evaluations that inform organizational priorities
• Develop and deliver reports and visualizations that provide insights into learning performance and outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of three years of experience in learning and development, analytics, or related fields
• Experience with data collection, evaluation, and interpretation to support insights and decision-making
• Familiarity with reporting tools and learning systems such as Qualtrics, Brightspace, and Power BI
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
