Learning & Knowledge Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the Learning & Knowledge vision in a full-time remote capacity, the Learning & Knowledge Specialist will design and deliver training programs, collaborate with business units to address performance needs, and create engaging learning experiences for new hires and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and facilitate onboarding, upskilling, and technical learning programs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Stay current with trends in the learning field and optimize the employee knowledge base through strategic initiatives
• Produce and facilitate virtual or in-person training events, ensuring a positive learning environment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in designing and delivering adult training programs, preferably in the insurance industry
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite and project management
• Experience in planning and organizing training programs required
• Prior claims handling experience preferred
