Learning Lead/Sr. Instructional Designer

Job Summary

Leading the design, development, and delivery of a high-impact training program, the part-time Learning Lead/Sr. Instructional Designer will create engaging learning experiences for a critical enterprise pricing application while collaborating with leadership to enhance overall learning capabilities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training for a high-value enterprise pricing application
• Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and recommend effective learning strategies
• Evaluate existing training materials to identify areas for improvement and enhance learner experience

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery
• Proven ability to design learning solutions for complex systems and business process transformations
• Strong expertise in adult learning principles and blended learning strategies
• Experience facilitating training for diverse stakeholder groups
• Background in change management and user adoption through training initiatives
