Job Summary

To enhance learning initiatives, the full-time remote Shared Services Learning Leader will partner with subject matter experts to develop and implement engaging learning programs that align with business priorities and support employee development.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide operational learning support for annual growth programs across various leadership levels, ensuring alignment with firm priorities
  • Conduct needs analysis and collaborate with leaders to prioritize content development based on emerging needs
  • Manage program delivery and maintain organized project documentation, including course design and delivery schedules
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of directly related experience in learning and development
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Education, or Instructional Design
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and Virtual Classroom tools like Zoom and Teams
  • Understanding of the ADDIE model and principles of adult learning
