Learning Management Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Request Management Associate.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain data for learners and training materials in the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Resolve issues and respond to email requests regarding learning data
• Pull reports, monitor data changes, and perform analytical work to support Learning & Development staff

Required Qualifications

• Ability to navigate and work across multiple systems and tools simultaneously
• Must successfully complete a background check and drug screening
• Must pass an internet speed test with specified requirements
• Must connect with an ethernet cable to a modem/router
• Currently not hiring in specific states and metro areas
