Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the learning management system for online training
- Respond to ticketing system, troubleshoot content, and assign training
- Support data migrations and assist with user profile records and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Basic experience with LMS navigation and tier 1 support
- Experience in customer support utilizing a support ticketing system
- Data entry and software proficiency
- Technical troubleshooting knowledge
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
