Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the learning management system for online training
  • Respond to ticketing system, troubleshoot content, and assign training
  • Support data migrations and assist with user profile records and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Basic experience with LMS navigation and tier 1 support
  • Experience in customer support utilizing a support ticketing system
  • Data entry and software proficiency
  • Technical troubleshooting knowledge
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred
