Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator, Mid.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align solutions with organizational goals
  • Design and develop training programs and blended learning solutions, including eLearning and workshops
  • Administer and optimize the Cornerstone LMS and LXP platforms, ensuring efficient operations and compliance
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of four years' experience with Cornerstone LMS administration
  • Experience in writing training content and developing eLearning
  • Experience with Cornerstone products, including EdCast LXP
  • Ability to generate reports and utilize data for decision-making
