Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Management System Administrator, Mid.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to assess learning needs and align solutions with organizational goals
- Design and develop training programs and blended learning solutions, including eLearning and workshops
- Administer and optimize the Cornerstone LMS and LXP platforms, ensuring efficient operations and compliance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of four years' experience with Cornerstone LMS administration
- Experience in writing training content and developing eLearning
- Experience with Cornerstone products, including EdCast LXP
- Ability to generate reports and utilize data for decision-making
