Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and configure LMS systems to meet organizational needs
  • Collaborate with HR and learning community for system governance and optimization
  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into talent management and learning metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7 years of progressive experience in a business environment or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience in developing and managing training programs
  • Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems and instructional design methods
  • Prior experience in a Learning System Administration role preferred
