- Administer and configure LMS systems to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with HR and learning community for system governance and optimization
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into talent management and learning metrics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 7 years of progressive experience in a business environment or equivalent education and experience
- Experience in developing and managing training programs
- Solid understanding of Learning Management Systems and instructional design methods
- Prior experience in a Learning System Administration role preferred
