Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Advisor, Learning and Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensure smooth operation of integrated systems
- Oversee course content activities and provide operational support for various learning programs
- Administer course certifications and digital badges while ensuring compliance with quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in LMS administration or a comparable learning technology role
- Demonstrated expertise in LMS administration and troubleshooting technical issues
- Experience working in international and globally distributed environments
- Proficiency in at least two languages among English, French, Spanish, or Arabic
