Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning & Development LMS Analyst responsible for managing and optimizing the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations of the LMS, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Provide technical support and training for users on LMS navigation and best practices
  • Generate reports on learner progress and assist in analyzing LMS data for trends
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems
  • Undergraduate degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with Service Now, Workday, or LinkedIn Learning is a plus
