Learning Management System Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management System Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage courses, curricula, and learning programs in the LMS
• Manage user accounts, roles, permissions, and troubleshoot LMS issues
• Generate detailed reports to track learning metrics and provide insights to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with an LMS or similar technical/administrative role
• Familiarity with SCORM, AICC, and eLearning authoring tools
• Strong project management and analytical skills
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookups)
• A proactive, consultative mindset and a passion for continuous learning
