Learning Management Systems Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles and eLearning tools
• Develop, maintain, and optimize LMS content, curricula, and training programs
• Administer LMS operations including user access, system configuration, and vendor coordination

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED Equivalent required
• Associate's degree in a related field preferred
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred
• Two (2) years of learning and development experience and/or two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or Information Technology required
• Experience with Cornerstone preferred
