A company is looking for a Learning Management Systems Specialist responsible for the administration and management of online learning systems within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the learning management system and other HR-related platforms
• Ensure integration between learning systems and HR systems, maintaining data integrity and compliance
• Provide end-user support and training on system functionalities and reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Education, Human Resources, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
• Proficiency in computer applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and databases
• Strong analytical skills with experience in developing dashboards and reports
• Prior experience with learning management systems is preferred
• Understanding of healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements
