Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning and Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of learning and development strategies and programs
• Develop content and facilitate learning in Sales, Marketing, and HR
• Evaluate and iterate on the effectiveness of learning programs

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, HR, or relevant functions
• Strong presentation skills and ability to analyze data insights
• Comfort with decision making in ambiguous situations
• Effective organizational and project management skills
• Experience in a high-growth organization preferred
