Learning Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Manager to develop and implement educational programming for the International Coaching Federation.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize research data to create high-quality educational offerings for coaches, clients, and businesses
• Manage the content and technology for ICF Communities of Practice, ensuring relevance and adherence to educational guidelines
• Serve as a liaison for the ICF Learning and Development team and assist in identifying educational goals for events

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree and a minimum of three years' experience preferred
• Working knowledge of adult education methodology
• Experience with social learning, e-Learning, and/or LMS platforms
• Ability to communicate effectively to a globally diverse audience
• Excellent time-management skills and adaptability to changes in the work environment
