Learning Manager for Data Professionals

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive learning portfolio, the full-time Learning Manager for Data Professionals will build and scale a center of excellence focused on creating engaging, short-form content to upskill data professionals in applying AI and cloud tools effectively in their work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the short-form skilling strategy for data professionals by defining learning needs and key use cases
• Curate and develop engaging short-form content, primarily video, to enhance the application of AI in data professionals' work
• Develop and execute a strategy to engage data professionals through various channels, including events and communities

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent with 1+ years of experience in product marketing, learning and development, or related fields, OR a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience
• Experience in customer success, research, industry, program/project management, or corporate education
