Learning Manager for Executives

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Manager - CXO Audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy for CXO short form skilling, defining a comprehensive learning bill of materials
• Curate and develop engaging short form content to facilitate AI integration for CXOs
• Engage with CXOs across various channels to build trust and activate content on social media

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 3+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of relevant experience
• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 8+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience in learning and development, business development, or corporate education
• Microsoft Fundamentals Certification is a plus
• Coaching, Project Management, or related certifications are preferred
