Learning Manager for Security Professionals

Job Summary

Leading the development of a comprehensive learning portfolio, the full-time Learning Manager for Security Professionals will build and scale a center of excellence focused on upskilling security professionals through engaging short-form content, primarily delivered via social media.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the short-form skilling strategy for security professionals by defining learning needs and key use cases
• Curate and develop engaging short-form content to help security professionals effectively apply AI in their work
• Develop and execute an audience engagement strategy to build trust across various channels, including events and communities

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree or equivalent AND 3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, learning and development, or related fields
• OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent AND 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in skilling content development, particularly in video format
• Familiarity with Microsoft security solutions and practices
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex ideas through compelling storytelling
