Learning Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Innovation & Enablement Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Learning leadership to implement and maintain operational processes for scalable learning delivery
• Own Knowledge Management practices, ensuring documentation standards and content lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain operational workflows, job aids, and centralized documentation libraries

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience required
• 2-4 years of experience in learning operations, enablement, or knowledge management
• Knowledge Management certification preferred (KCS or equivalent strongly desired)
• Experience working in Salesforce Lightning or comparable enterprise platforms
• Demonstrated experience in technical writing and documentation standards
