Learning Operations Compliance Lead

Job Summary

To enhance JD Power's learning ecosystem, the full-time Learning Operations Compliance Lead will manage Workday Learning administration, oversee compliance training programs, and develop reporting and analytics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own administration, maintenance, and optimization of Workday Learning, including managing learning assignments and engagements
• Lead enterprise compliance training programs, ensuring audit readiness and effective program governance
• Develop dashboards and reports to track compliance and learning effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7-10 years of experience in Learning Operations, LMS Administration, or Learning & Development
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Learning administration experience
• Experience managing enterprise compliance training programs
• Strong reporting, dashboard development, and data analysis skills
