Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. L&D Systems & Programs Contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Administer the LMS, manage course publishing, and maintain learner support channels
Operationalize onboarding frameworks and develop standardized orientation templates
Produce operational reporting and collaborate with teams to improve learning operations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Learning Operations or L&D program administration
Experience administering Relias or a comparable LMS
Experience with CEU programs and regulated training environments
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams and Excel
Experience working in distributed teams across multiple time zones
