Job Summary

To ensure seamless program delivery and operational execution, the full-time remote Learning Operations Leader will manage the coordination between Learning Project Managers and the Operations team, create operational processes, and lead a team of Learning Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between Learning Project Managers and the Operations team to facilitate program transitions and operational governance
  • Develop standardized workflows and documentation for course intake, scheduling, reporting, and service processes while identifying opportunities for workflow automation
  • Lead and manage a distributed team of Learning Coordinators, providing direction, coaching, and capacity planning to ensure effective service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning Operations, Learning Services, or Program Coordination
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams and building operational processes
  • Strong client-facing experience with proven stakeholder management capabilities
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP)
