Job Summary

A company is looking for a Learning Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the intake, prioritization, and coordination of learning requests across the organization
• Oversee the planning and execution of training rollouts to ensure consistent and timely delivery
• Develop and manage learning dashboards and reporting to track program effectiveness and adoption

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning operations, learning and development, or program management
• Demonstrated experience managing learning systems, program coordination, and operational processes
• Experience working with learning technologies, LMS platforms, and vendor management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
