Learning Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Learning Enablement and Operations Team, the full-time Learning Operations Manager will oversee systems, governance, processes, and learning solutions to enhance enterprise learning, leadership development, and compliance training in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead governance and knowledge enablement practices to ensure access to accurate information and development resources
• Optimize learning operations processes and the learning technology ecosystem to improve efficiency and alignment with business priorities
• Coach and develop a high-performing team while managing resource allocation and stakeholder partnerships to ensure effective learning solutions

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in leading and developing learning, instructional design, or compliance professionals
• 7+ years of experience in corporate learning and development with expertise in instructional design and learning operations
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred
• Hands-on experience with enterprise learning technology ecosystems and familiarity with content development tools
• Experience in implementing learning measurement practices to evaluate effectiveness and communicate business impact
