Job Summary
A company is looking for a Learning Operations Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery activities to document and enhance business processes related to Learning & Development operations
- Manage project timelines and coordinate resources for process-related deliverables
- Develop materials to help teams understand new processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards
Required Qualifications
- Approximately 5 years of experience in business process design, operations analysis, or project management
- Experience with enterprise knowledge management and business process support materials development
- Familiarity with compliance-related learning requirements (e.g., NASBA, CPE)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; high school diploma required
- Certifications in process improvement or project management are beneficial
